Substances are artisanal, effervescent, natural, and living fermented beverages, conceived by Myrko Tépus, winemaker and farmer in Esparron, in Northern Provence.
Inspired by winemaking traditions, the cuvées are designed to be complex, structured, and evolving.
The expertise relies on a fine mastery of fermentation processes, allowing for the development of deep aromatic profiles, an elegant texture, and a beautiful length on the palate.
Each creation comes to life from energized spring water from the Verdon, in which the fermentation of premium teas and organic French beet sugar is orchestrated.
The cuvées are then enhanced by infusions of exceptional ingredients, carefully selected from the heart of Provence's terroirs, bringing richness, balance, and singularity to each blend.
The result: gourmet non-alcoholic beverages that are living, elegant, and expressive, designed to accompany a meal with precision or to be enjoyed on their own as a moment in their own right.
For an optimal experience, the cuvées should be served chilled, between 8 and 12°C, to reveal all their complexity and finesse.
Non-pasteurized, Substances cuvées retain all the richness and vitality of living products and can evolve naturally over time.
⚠️: IMPORTANT FOR PREGNANT WOMEN: as Substances cuvées are living and non-pasteurized, their consumption is not recommended for pregnant women as a precautionary measure.
