Substances are artisanal, effervescent, natural, and living fermented beverages, imagined by Myrko Tépus, a winemaker and farmer in Esparron, in Northern Provence.
Inspired by winemaking traditions, the cuvées are designed to be complex, structured, and evolving.
The expertise relies on a fine mastery of fermentation processes, allowing for the development of deep aromatic profiles, an elegant texture, and a beautiful length on the palate.
Each creation comes to life from energized Verdon spring water, in which the fermentation of premium teas and French beet sugar from organic farming is orchestrated.
The cuvées are then enhanced by infusions of exceptional ingredients, carefully selected from the heart of Provence's terroirs, bringing richness, balance, and singularity to each blend.
The result: gourmet non-alcoholic beverages that are living, elegant, and expressive, designed to accompany a meal with precision or to be enjoyed on their own as a moment in their own right.
For an optimal experience, the cuvées should be enjoyed chilled, between 8 and 12°C, to reveal all their complexity and finesse.
Unpasteurized, Substances cuvées retain all the richness and vitality of living products and can evolve naturally over time.

A solar and precise cuvée, carried by the freshness of Menton lemon and the subtle depth of Provence saffron.
Tasting: its luminous, golden hue evokes the radiance of summer. Its delicate and natural effervescence infuses a beautiful liveliness into its elegant texture. The harmony between the soft acidity of Calabrian bergamot and the floral, honeyed nuances of saffron composes a refined aromatic palette. The tasting ends on a persistent saffron note, leaving a captivating impression on the finish.
Pairings: Solaris is ideal as an aperitif or to accompany a scallop carpaccio, a citrus ceviche, or a light dessert based on exotic fruits.
