Substances are artisanal, effervescent, natural, and living fermented beverages, conceived by Myrko Tépus, a winemaker and farmer in Esparron, in Northern Provence.
Inspired by winemaking traditions, the cuvées are designed to be complex, structured, and evolving.
The expertise is based on a refined mastery of fermentation processes, allowing for the development of deep aromatic profiles, an elegant texture, and a beautiful length on the palate.
Each creation comes to life from energized spring water from the Verdon, in which the fermentation of high-quality teas and organic French beet sugar is orchestrated.
The cuvées are then enhanced by infusions of exceptional ingredients, carefully selected from the heart of Provence's terroirs, bringing richness, balance, and singularity to each blend.
The result: gourmet non-alcoholic beverages that are living, elegant, and expressive, designed to pair perfectly with food or be enjoyed on their own as a distinct experience.
For an optimal experience, the cuvées should be enjoyed chilled, between 8 and 12°C, to reveal their full complexity and finesse.
Non-pasteurized, Substances cuvées retain all the richness and vitality of living products and may evolve naturally over time.
⚠️: IMPORTANT FOR PREGNANT WOMEN: as Substances cuvées are living and non-pasteurized, their consumption is not recommended for pregnant women as a precautionary measure.
Discover AURORE - Floral delicacy (High Grade Sencha - Provence Pomelo - Damask Rose distillate - Grasse Rose - Hibiscus flowers)
A floral symphony that celebrates the encounter between exceptional Japanese green tea and the fragrant treasures of Provence.
The freshness of pomelo unites with the delicacy of roses to create a luminous elixir.
Tasting: Its pink hue, derived from an infusion of hibiscus flowers, evokes the first light of morning. The effervescence, delicate and light, gives the beverage an airy texture. On the nose, one feels a true explosion of freshness dominated by the delicate and lightly fragrant touches of Damask rose. On the palate, a subtle balance is created between the floral sweetness, the bitterness of the pomelo, and its refined acidity.
Pairings: Aurore is perfect as an aperitif, or as an accompaniment to a light summer fruit-based dessert.
