Full description

In the tradition of craft beers and natural wine, thanks to a unique fermentation expertise, Archipel crafts its range of kombuchas with finesse to offer you a low-sugar drink with elegant and complex flavors.

What distinguishes Archipel kombuchas from others? The use of fruit tree leaves as a substitute for tea leaves.

The result is stunning, with an exotic nose, a rich and brioche-like palate, and a dry, tangy finish.

Archipel kombuchas accompany your precious moments and offer a non-alcoholic alternative as enjoyable as a wine or beer for your aperitifs and meals.

This explosive kombucha is made from an infusion of clementine leaves for a surprising taste sensation.

A citrus note that pairs wonderfully with the acidity of the kombucha. Aromas of delicious, sweet orange blossoms.

It is the result of long-term work with small producers to showcase their leaves—here, Jean-Do Valentini in Corsica—and to express their character through kombucha fermentation.

An exclusive in Switzerland and distributed by La Sobrerie.

Archipel

Archipel is reinventing kombucha by breaking free from its traditional ingredient: tea. Since 2018, Achille and Pierre have been crafting their creations from fruit tree leaves. At the crossroads of craft beer and natural wine, their kombuchas reveal unique and complex profiles, with no added flavorings or fruit. A creative approach to fermentation that appeals to chefs and sommeliers.
