Full description

Born from a collaboration with the team at the Atelier Moessmer – Norbert Niederkofler restaurant (3 Michelin stars) in Brunico, Feral N°6 is a sensitive and committed interpretation of the mountains, conceived as a tribute to gastronomy in harmony with nature.

Inspired by the chef's philosophy: "If we do things the right way, we can live in harmony with nature and with ourselves."

This cuvée embodies a vision that is pure, precise, and deeply respectful of its environment. A true mountain in a glass, where complexity, softness, and freshness meet.

Probably the most sophisticated still blend in the Feral family, Feral N°6 seduces with its subtle balance: light yet luxurious, simultaneously crystalline and deeply expressive.

On the nose, the texture is flavorful and rich, carried by floral notes of linden, immediately refreshed by a touch of mountain pine. These are then intertwined with the aromatic accents of juniper and fennel seeds, supported by the delicate and enveloping depth of linden honey.

On the palate, a hint of spice provides a warm and comforting sensation, without ever breaking the lively and playful freshness that characterizes the whole. The finish is long, elegant, and perfectly mastered, leaving an impression of purity and depth.

A highly precise blend, designed for gastronomy, subtle food pairings, and lovers of exceptional non-alcoholic creations.

Pairings: Ideal with fresh cheeses, delicate fish, and plant-based cuisine featuring herbs, roots, or briny notes.

An exclusive in Switzerland, distributed by La Sobrerie.

Feral

Feral means "wild, untamed": a name that reflects the spirit of a passionate community, ready to step off the beaten path to explore new gustatory territories. The brand creates fermented non-alcoholic botanical beverages, designed for food pairing. Complex, spicy, and intense, they offer a singular expression of beetroot, far from its usual earthy notes.
