Trained at the Mandarin Oriental in Munich, Niklas in’t Veld continued his career at the three-Michelin-starred restaurant Haerlin in Hamburg, where he developed a deep passion for wine alongside renowned sommeliers. After several experiences, including time in Switzerland, he settled in the Black Forest and worked at the two-Michelin-starred restaurant Ösch Noir, where he created food & wine pairings using the finest vintages.
Faced with a lack of non-alcoholic alternatives capable of matching the complexity of a fine wine, he founded Saveur Drinks. His ambition: to offer gastronomic beverages that allow for a complete culinary experience, without alcohol.
After several years of research, Saveur was launched in 2024 and quickly established itself in Michelin-starred restaurants across Europe.
Inspired by terroirs from around the world, they offer an elegant, balanced, and profoundly contemporary sensory experience.

The finesse of this aperitif lies in the subtle balance between the tangy vivacity of the tea and the floral elegance of Sicilian bergamot.
For this first creation dedicated to food & beverage pairings, the finest bergamots were selected in Sicily, where they ripen under a generous sun before being harvested at perfect maturity and pressed directly on site. They provide a vibrant freshness and a delicately fragrant acidity.
The white tea, sourced from the mountains of Yunnan in China, reveals a fine and refined bitterness. Harvested in the spring from young buds and first leaves, then carefully dried to preserve the full purity of its aromas, it offers a subtle and elegant expression, with a very low caffeine content.
The blend is enriched by the depth of a decaffeinated Ceylon black tea, which brings structure and complexity to the tasting.
The result: a high-precision non-alcoholic alternative, evoking the elegance of a zero-dosage champagne, at once tense, refined, and resolutely gastronomic.
Food & beverage pairings: aperitif, refined bites such as buckwheat blinis with caviar, goat cheese macarons, or savory puff pastries
