Trained at the Mandarin Oriental in Munich, Niklas in’t Veld continued his career at the three-Michelin-starred restaurant Haerlin in Hamburg, where he developed a deep passion for wine alongside renowned sommeliers. After several experiences, notably in Switzerland, he settled in the Black Forest and served at the two-Michelin-starred restaurant Ösch Noir, where he created food and wine pairings using the finest vintages.
Faced with a lack of non-alcoholic alternatives capable of matching the complexity of a fine wine, he founded Saveur Drinks. His ambition: to offer gastronomic beverages that allow for a complete culinary experience, without alcohol.
After several years of research, Saveur was born in 2024 and quickly established itself in Michelin-starred restaurants across Europe.
Inspired by terroirs from around the world, they offer an elegant, balanced, and deeply contemporary sensory experience.
Discover Saveur’s Yuzu-Elderflower still drink: a creation of great freshness, where the floral delicacy of elderflower meets the tangy subtlety of Japanese cherry blossoms.
This elegant alliance unfolds an ethereal and refined aromatic palette, offering a sensation of lightness and purity on the palate. At the heart of this composition, Japanese yuzu, sourced from Kochi Prefecture, provides an exceptional dimension. More complex and nuanced than lemon, this rare citrus reveals a vibrant freshness and a unique aromatic depth.
The result is captivating in its balance between lively acidity and delicate fruitiness, creating a tasting experience that is both invigorating and harmonious. Each sip prolongs the pleasure and awakens the palate, making this cuvée an ideal opening for a gastronomic meal.
An elegant and contemporary sensory experience, designed to enhance the first moments of tasting and bring an unforgettable touch to your table.
Food & drink pairings: Sushi, yellowtail sashimi, grilled langoustine with beurre blanc, fresh asparagus, or even a lemon tart.
