Far & Søn - Gentle Thai: a drink fermented directly in barrels, light and refreshing, which captivates with its fruity and spicy notes.

Gentle Thai subtly combines fresh Thai basil, ginger, and red grape to create a taste experience that is both delicate and surprising.

On the palate, freshness dominates with aromas of pear and anise, lifted by a touch of ginger that adds a lovely vibrancy.

Its finesse makes it an original and refined aperitif, but also an ideal companion throughout the meal to pair with salads, raw fish (sashimi, maki, sushi, ceviche), scallops, white fish, or even fried dishes.
