In one of the most modern wineries in the Palatinate, in Duttweiler, the vines grow in an almost Mediterranean landscape.
They have been farmed by the Nett family for five generations.
The special feature? Working in harmony with nature.
Since 2011, certain vineyards have been cultivated as they were in the past: exclusively by horse power.
This keeps the soil loose, the grapes of higher quality, and the wine more full of character.
In the cellar, the wines are given plenty of time to mature - and this harmony between modernity and tradition can be tasted, even in the dealcoholized wines.
Discover Bergdolt-Reif & Nett - Orange.
Orange wine is produced from white grapes but vinified like a red wine! It ferments in contact with the skins, hence its beautiful amber color.
With its aromas of dried fruits and spices, this non-alcoholic orange wine will appeal to fans of natural wine and those who enjoy a lovely acidity.
Pairings: as an aperitif, with cumin gouda, a savory cheese tart, or even chicken curry.
