Where is my order?
Two departures per week from Lausanne: Tuesday and Thursday mornings. Planzer will come to collect your orders, which are generally delivered the very next day. Any order placed before 7 a.m. can still be shipped the same day.
For a specific order, select "An order" in the form, enter its number, and ask us your question.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on purchases of CHF 250.- or more, throughout Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Below that amount, shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, at the carrier's exact rate - we do not add any margin to them.
For deliveries, we rely on Planzer throughout Switzerland and Vélocité in Lausanne.
Can I return a product?
Yes, within 7 days of receipt, if it is unused, complete, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are at your expense.
