L'Odacieux is a limited edition dealcoholized 2018 vintage from Château Sauman, located about thirty kilometers from Bordeaux, in the heart of the hilly Côtes de Bourg region nicknamed "Little Switzerland."
Composed of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, the end result is a resounding success, offering a non-alcoholic wine with a mature, full-bodied, and profound profile.
The nose of dark fruits is typical of a Bordeaux wine.
And on the palate, you will be seduced by aromas of blackberries and blueberries supported by a tannic structure.

Château Saumann
A vineyard between estuary and hillsides. Overlooking the Gironde estuary, Château Sauman is located in the north of the Côtes de Bourg appellation, nicknamed "Little Switzerland." Its vineyard benefits from all the assets of a generous nature and terroir. It flourishes on rich clay-limestone hillsides and takes advantage of a microclimate that protects it from spring frosts.
