Ten years of gastronomic research in a glass. Developed by Sang-Hoon Degeimbre, the two-Michelin-starred chef of L’Air du Temps in Belgium, Osan was born in 2021. Inspired by the drinks served to his guests since 2011, his blends combine maceration, cryogenics, and dynamization to concentrate aromas while preserving the precision of each ingredient.
