This red botanical wyne from Belgium is made from 15 distilled herbs, including myrtle, blackcurrant and birch wood, blended with elderberry.
When tasting, we discern aromas of red fruits and wild berries, nuances of myrtle and rosemary and floral and buttery nuances.
Nose : Rich, fresh red fruits, sweet and seductive floral notes. Subtle wood, buttery touch, tannins. Resin notes.
Palate : Fruity, fresh red and black berries, blueberry and apple. Slightly herbaceous flowers and thyme.
Pairings : Shellfish (lobster, langoustine, shrimp), meat (pâté, game birds), red fruit desserts, apples, ice cream and fresh fruit.
