This white botanical wyne from Belgium contains 14 distilled herbs including verbena, neroli and pear to name a few - expertly blended for a delicious taste experience.
Nose : Fresh and ripe yellow fruits, citrus flowers, subtle, mineral, salty, complex.
Palate : Fruity, slightly acidic, white fruits like peach and pear. A touch of Amalfi lemon on the finish. Refined mineral.
Pairings : White vegetables (asparagus, chicory, hop shoots, walnuts, celeriac, apple, carrot, etc.). Light dishes with a butter or cream sauce, white fish, shellfish, scallops, vegetable or fish carpaccio. Young hard cheeses, creamy raw milk cheeses. Vanilla desserts and pastries made with puff pastry or herb ice cream.
