This red botanical wyne from Belgium is made from 15 distilled herbs, including shiso and sansho pepper blended with cherry.
A fruity style with elegant tannins where we recognize ripe red fruits and the herbaceous notes of shiso on the nose.
When tasting, we discern cherry and apple with notes of Mediterranean spices.
Nose: Ripe red stone fruits, hazelnut, fruit blossom. Notes of almond and rose.
