Arensbak's sparkling rosé is an effervescent fermented drink made from carefully selected Wuniuzao Longjing green tea.

The juiciness and floral notes of this sparkling rosé come from the use of green tea.

It has aromas of the forest, raspberries, hibiscus, rose, and a hint of pink peppercorn.

It is velvety, round yet lively at the same time, and offers a good length on the palate.

Enjoy it as an aperitif, or paired with seafood, grilled garlic langoustines, mussels, lobster (lobster rolls for example), fresh and colorful mixed salads, or creamy, fruity desserts (red fruits and wild berries).

Founded in 2020 in Copenhagen by Christian Arensbak, Arensbak develops complex creations blending kombucha fermentation, carefully selected teas, and botanical ingredients. The recipes are crafted with Emilie Øst-Jacobsen, a former sommelier from Michelin-starred restaurants, and Bram Kerkhof, a fermentation specialist trained at Noma, in collaboration with tea sommelier Alexis Kaae.
